DEFINITIONS

DEPOSIT AND WITHDRAWAL TERMS

a) Deposits made into Your Account must come from a legitimate source, including credit cards, e-wallets, or bank transfers.

b) Withdrawals will be processed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Wer may request documentation to verify the identity of any account holder requesting a withdrawal.

c) Withdrawing funds back to an original payment method is subject to the terms and conditions of that service provider.

WAGERING AND Winnings

a) Wagering requirements for bonuses are as set out in the promotional details.

b) Any winnings resulting from free spins or bonus offers must be wagered a minimum number of times within 30 days, as outlined in the Terms & Conditions section on promotions.

c) Wer reserves the right to change or remove any Game at its discretion without prior notice.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wer disclaims all warranties (express or implied), conditions, representations, and guarantees in respect to the Platform, Games, Services, and Your use thereof.

a) By using this service, you release us from any liabilities and hold harmless Wer.

b) To the fullest extent permissible under applicable laws and regulations, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive or special damages (whether arising through negligence or breach of contract).

c) In no event will our aggregate liability to You exceed the amount paid into Your Account.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in Curaçao. Any disputes, claims, actions or proceedings arising under these Terms shall be heard exclusively within the courts of Curaçao and You hereby consent to such jurisdiction.

CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Wer reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of all changes made thereto.

By using this service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed with these terms and conditions as they may be amended from time to time.
